Aftercare

Help men and women maintain sobriety long-term

Men and women who graduate from our residential recovery programs need support as they transition to self-sufficiency. Our aftercare program offers independent living with supportive services like counseling, life-skills classes, mentoring and group meetings. This extra support helps men and women maintain sobriety, find long-term housing and rebuild their lives.

Your Impact

Your support provides aftercare services to more than 200 men and women in recovery each year.

Our Approach

When a man or woman graduates from our recovery program they are beginning a life-long journey. For some it is a daily struggle to maintain sobriety and make healthy choices. We desire to walk side-by-side with our program graduates long after they move out of our facilities. Volunteers and staff maintain encouraging relationships with graduates, offering resources and support along the way.
